A. Once we have purchased your property it will have cost you nothing. All survey fees and legal costs will have been paid for.

Q.If I provide you with information about my property do I have to sell it to you?

A. No -  it is a free no obligation service with absolutely no ties.

Q.Where do you buy properties?

A. Nationwide (England,Scotland,Wales)

Q.Do I need a solicitor?

A. We insist that you have a solicitor to ensure you have peace of mind throughout the whole process. Your solicitor will make sure the legal work is done correctly and efficiently. We can help you find a solicitor if required.

Q.Do you buy properties in need of repair/renovation.

A. Yes we buy all types of property.

Q.How soon before you make me an offer.

A. We will make an offer in principal usually within 24 hours.

Q.If I accept your offer what happens next.

A. We will arrange to meet you in person, discuss the best solution for your needs. Once agreed we will arrange for a survey  to be carried out. 

Q.How long until we complete the sale.

A. It can be as little as 7 days, but we understand that this is not often practical, so we will always aim work to a time scale that suits you.

Q.How much will you charge me?

A. Nothing. As an investment company we will make money in the longer term by buying your house from you at a price below the current market value, therefore we take the risk.

Q.Whats the catch?
